Strategy Sessions

Sometimes you’re working so hard on something that you are not able to see flaws, weaknesses, or gaps because you are so close to it. Or, you’re moving so quickly you might not have time to get the feedback you’d like on your ideas or deliverables. 

How do you make sure your strategy, strategic plan, initiative roadmap, or other key deliverable is really ready to share with stakeholders or a board of directors?

We’ve tailored facilitated sessions to support readiness as you shift from planning to shining in the implementation.
Our sessions are tailored to meet your needs, with agendas aimed at making the most of the time:
 – 1:1 meeting for 30 minutes
 – Team meetings for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours

Sessions are designed for one-time use, but subscriptions for monthly sessions are available to support strategic programs to provide strategic advisory support. Targeted recurring support helps with accountability, quality, risk management, adjusting to changes, and more – creating high value for an affordable investment for clients of all sizes.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

PRE-WORK + FACILITATED SESSION + FOLLOW-UPS

All of our Strategy Session services include the same overall approach:

 – Select the session you want in The Strategy Hub.

 – Part of enrollment requires information about your area of focus for the session. You will select your timing for the meeting as part of the enrollment process, and you will receive the agenda for the session as well.

 – At least 24 hours prior to the session, you’ll provide any additional details about your strategy or focus area so the team can review the material. We want to be prepared to add value during the meeting.

 – In the meeting, we’ll capture notes and action items. Those will be reviewed at the end of the meeting and shared with you following the meeting.

THE VALUE COMES THROUGH ENGAGEMENT

To get the most out of this service, it’s best to interact with the Strategic Stacey team as early as possible after signing up to ensure there is time to prepare.

Our team cares about making a positive difference and wants to put in the up-front effort to make the meeting an excellent experience for you, your team, your stakeholders, and your future.
It’s also important that you reach out after the meeting if you have questions. 

A support space has been set up within The Strategy Exchange, our membership community. It contains free areas for support on every product and service for support, reviewing FAQs, and requesting assistance from the Strategic Stacey team to make sure you get the most out of your experience with this service.

Strategic Stacey is all about strategy and helping people and companies achieve their goals, and we want to be a strategic solution. For clients who want and need a targeted solution, we believe this is a unique offering that will help clients achieve their goals without requiring huge contracts and long-term commitments.

FOUNDATION STRATEGIST

Because community is important, this level of community membership is FREE!

This level will give you access to the general community, which will include a set of free digital downloads, courses, videos, and more. We are currently building our materials, so availability of materials will grow throughout the coming months and will be an ongoing activity.

This group also gets access to request new materials that will go into consideration in our roadmap!

This group size is unlimited – the more, the merrier! 

GROWTH STRATEGIST

Value is also important, and when you are working to improve yourself and your circumstances you want as much as possible for the lowest price possible.

We get it.

The Growth Strategist membership includes everthing that’s in Foundation plus free access to all the core digital downloads, courses, videos, and more. This level will also get advance access to new core materials and will get to participate in Growth-Strategist focused free webinars or other live sessions.

Group size is limited to ensure a positive user experience.

MASTER STRATEGIST

Sometimes you just need all the things, and value comes through a combination of volume and access.

The Master Strategist level includes everything in Growth and extends to include all of our digital downloads, all  classes, videos, etc. and some exclusive perks. As an example, webinar-style training may be held for this group exclusively and filmed for access by the other groups. Q&A sessions may be held around specific topics to collect input for in-development content, and case studies may prioritize your needs.

Group size is restricted to support high levels of service.

Schedule a one-to-one virtual strategy brainstorming session with one of our team members to work through your strategic plan, strategy on a specific topic or issue you’re working on, or another topic of your choosing. 

This service is now live, with introductory pricing through May 30.

“WE/THEY PERSPECTIVE”

The “We / They” perspective is an approach Strategic Stacey has used throughout her career that helps maintain objectivity and empathy when examining a business challenge. 

The approach is particularly helpful in gaining a true understanding of current state, which often establishes trust needed to persuade stakeholders to agree to changes that are needed.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE SELF-ASSESSMENT
